Inferior material three years in a row to both myself and my garden clients. one of my last roses showed definitive signs of the dreaded rose rosette disease and they denied that they could have sent a rose with this. 8 of 15 bareroot rose ordered by a client failed to thrive and had to be replaced by different rose vendor. Last year it took a tooth and nail for a refund on small poor potted roses that failed to thrive.Horrible customer service completely arguing any refund or replacement. Never will purchase from them again sadly. I would expect better.

"Stunning Rose bushes"
Early last spring I ordered two Eustacia Vye bare root roses for our new home. My son picked them out and I did enjoy the color. They came quickly and were packed with care. I soaked them overnight and planted them the next day. It has been about two months and the blooms are beautiful, and smell amazing! I counted 27 buds yesterday and I'm so impressed with how healthy they are! I will definitely purchase my future roses from David Austins.

Do not buy any plants from this grower... we purchased 3 expensive plants and they died the first year and David Austen does not extend their plant warranty beyond roses.Do not buy from this grower. Poor quality. Rubbish customer service.

Ok so I order 2roots and they arrived in good shape my first note one is bigger than the other but I have no problem .second they got fungus and I did my best to control it and I tried every treatment I could,,,but sadly nothing work now the roses are unhealthy and the leafs is black,,when I contact the customer service they said it's not our problem,,and now I lost my money and my roses .!!!!so mad and dissatisfied...I don't have the order number but my name is shereen Makhlouf and I emailed the customer service couple times

I have just received my three pot roses to include the ' celebration, summer song and tranquility ,' they came well packaged in tall cardboard boxes.
Upon opening each box I was very impressed, each rose was in bloom and the leaves a healthy lush green, I was greeted with the lovely waft of fragrance from each box.
I am super happy with the purchase and already looking to purchase another.
I only wish I had a bigger garden for more lovely roses.

I purchased 2 bare roots and 6 2-quart roses from David Austin. The bare roots arrived with no problem. The 6 pots, however, arrived in sorry state. The box was delivered upside down so the soil was everywhere. I immediately planted the roses after receiving them. Few days after, 3 of the roses have die back on them. One has die back on all of the stems near the crown and until now has no leaf. The other two pretty much have die backs in almost all of their stems. I emailed them multiple times sending several photos. I am still awaiting a reply from them to get my refund for those three roses. Order no. US277383

"I am new rose grower and I purchased a…"
I am new rose grower and I purchased a few times from this company. They came in “ok” condition. My last one I got was clair austin. I was beyond excited to get this one because it was a climber and I was putting it on a trellis my hubby built for me while I was doing cancer treatments ( that was his therapy). Well she arrived but 80 percent dead, 2 tiny tiny canes and 1 was broken. Dead leaves and pieces just floating around in the box and dirt everywhere. I blame whoever packaged it! Contacted them and they refunded me, I’m still heartbroken not to get this particular rose as Clair was husbands mothers name and it was going to be a memorial garden.
Will look elsewhere for next summer. I just I’m healthy enough to enjoy
UPDATE: Responded and emailed Nicole and its over a week with NO response from her at all. Customer service is leaving a lot to be desired.

I gave one star review to their customer services ,agent Amy and Louise. If both of you can read this review, please take it seriously and be responsible to every response you gave to every customer.
I made two orders separately on April 29,2022 and May 15,2022, I emailed to the customer service to let them ship my orders by UPS to my home address not to PO BOX by USPS .I got responses from agent Amy and Louise that my orders will be shipped to my home address by UPS .
However, my orders are both shipped by usps to PO BOX . I contacted the customer service and got a response on May 28,2022 from agent Louise says the shipping fee will be refunded to one of my orders as a gesture of goodwill !!!!!After that I sent another email , told them I paid shipping fee twice for my orders since I made two orders . I got a response from agent Amy ,she told me as a gesture of goodwill issued the refund only on one of my orders .
Today is July 13,2022, I never get any refund from DA . Agent Louise , where is my refund ? And where is a full explanation from your despatch team ? Also Agent Amy ,don’t say If we can be any further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us. Did you help me solve my issues? I know that might be the mistake of your despatch team but you were also the one who told me my package will be shipped to my home address by UPS !!!!! Did you contact your despatch team why they didn’t follow your instructions??????
I wish I can upload photos here ,hope your boss can read all the emails .My order number US275988 and US262763.
