We realised our hot water wasn’t working late on Monday night. Lee came over at 10:30 PM and fixed everything. He was professional, kind and very knowledgeable . Despite the late hour, he was the most smiley person I’ve ever met and removed all the stress out of the situation. We had Lee come over and fix a few other things and that was also great! We had only moved in to our house a few weeks before and Lee was kind enough to show us how all the systems work. Thank you again Lee for being such a superstar!!

We had our system flushed by Heatsy. I originally called because the boiler kept turning off, and after their diagnosis they suggested we needed to clean the radiators and replace the pump. I was sceptical at first, but after reading the reviews I decided to give it a go. Well, not only are the radiators hotter than they’ve ever been, the boiler is also quieter than it’s ever been and it seems to stay on for longer, which I’m told is a good thing. Definitely impressed with the service from Heatsy
