Thank you Heatsy. We had a massive leak come through our ceiling in the middle of the night and desperately needed help. Lee arrived less than an hour after we called and managed to stop the leak. The heating exchanger on our boiler split and we had black water pouring through our ceiling. Lee and Joe replaced the boiler and flushed the system two days later, Joe came back after to fix the hole in the ceiling and paint the hallway. We have quite a large 5 bedroom house in London and Lee recommended a few , relatively small jobs that will improve the efficiency of our heating system drastically. We’re already planning this for in the next few weeks. Thank you Heatsy, specifically thank you Lee and Joe

Brilliant customer service! Heatsy installed a new boiler for us last week, and a few days later we had a slight problem. Lee came back the next day and sorted it very quickly, and re checked everything to make sure there were no other issues. They weren’t the cheapest of the three quotes we had, but the peace of mind in knowing that they’re still there to help after they’ve been paid makes good value sense to me.

Heatsy installed our gas boiler a few months ago, I wanted to wait before giving them a review. The booking process was nice and simple with a remote survey and next day installation. I was able to pay the balance by link, but they wanted the deposit paid by transfer before they would order the materials. The engineers were polite and considerate of my home, which unfortunately isn’t a given these days. The new boiler works better than expected and the guarantee and gas safety certificate arrived promptly the next day after I cleared the balance. I’m very pleased and would highly recommend Heatsy
