Great boiler service. Very knowledgeable engineer giving us advice about future work, and sending us a detailed service record with pictures showing all the tests and checks that were completed.

I had a great experience booking a boiler repair with Heatsy. I booked my appointment online, and received great communication confirming my appointment and keeping me updated on the engineer’s progress. When the engineer arrived at the agreed time he was able to quickly repair my boiler and all the relevant paperwork was emailed to me shortly after. A very efficient and pain free service

I've been trying to contact Heatsy for 3 months to fix an issue - it's challenging to get meaningful support over the phone, promised callbacks never happen, and their inbox must be unmonitored as emails are never answered

"No one turned up, and no way to contact them"

Would give 0 stars of possible. Booked an engineer for urgent boiler repair as no heating and hot water on a very cold day. They gave us a 2 hour arrival window. Waited in the freezing cold for over 2 hours and no one arrived. Company claims to be available 24/7 but no one was answering their listed phone or responding to web chat or email. Left frustrated and cold. Unacceptable service. We could have booked a different boiler repair company if they had just told us they couldn't make it. Now this problem continues on to another day

"No show, and uncontactable"

Heating and hot water not working. Heatsy agreed to come out and gave a 2 hour arrival window, 7:30pm to 9:30pm. Reached 10pm, and they hadn't arrived. Not responding to phone calls, web chat or emails. No show and completely unreachable.

They got on with the job without any fuss and provided a hassle free service, cleared up after themselves and ensured I was happy with the boiler and how to work it. I am pleased to be able to add my review to a very genuine professional company.

Easy to book an appointment online, good follow up communication with email & SMS to confirm booking for boiler service and ETA. Engineer explained and showed me everything clearly regarding new part needed and gave good advice going forward. Prompt invoicing and reminders given also. Very clean and tidy, respectful of the home. I would be happy to recommend this company, which in turn was recommended to me.
