"Billy and Jason installed our new"

Billy and Jason installed our new boiler this week. The job was a little more complicated than others as there was an issue with the flue and pipes. They both worked for two long days to get the job completed as quickly as possible. They were fantastic. The workmanship was wonderful. They cleaned up as they were going along and left the area spotless when they were done. They were both absolutely great in every way. Next time we need a plumber we will request Billy or Jason to do the job. We couldn’t be more pleased

Joe and Lee installed our new boiler and I must say I’m really impressed with the work. They used dust sheets everywhere, covered the work tops, removed the old boiler and all the rubbish. They kept me updated from when they were on the way, to when they needed to turn off the gas, water and electricity. They told me before they started drilling to make sure I wasn’t on a call, and they didn’t even want tea and biscuits. I had to force them to take a break and have something to eat. Great communication and general consideration for me and my home. Highly recommended

I know i can trust Heatsy to do a good job and give an honest appraisal of the situation. I called them in for a boiler service but the engineer noticed that the pump was failing and suggested he replace it as a continuation of the job. He was able to reduce the price of the boiler service as it was now completed as part of a repair. Very honest and reliable service

New boiler supplied and fitted with no hassle

"Joe fixed a leak on our heating system…"

Joe fixed a leak on our heating system in a very calm in a highly stressful situation. A plastic fitting under our floor burst and dirty, hot water was pouring through our ceiling. Joe arrived a little over an hour of us calling Heatsy and managed to stop the tanks in the loft, empty the system, access beneath the floor, repair the leak, refill everything and get the heating on to start drying the house out all in one visit. It won’t be his last however, he will be back shortly to flush the system and replace the boiler

Used for an emergency call out, was told someone was available within 4 hours. Had a text not long after calling to say that the engineer was half an hour away. Lee was very helpful and reassuring, everything was explained to me very clearly and I was given options as to what to do next. I decided to replace the boiler which was installed two days later. Really pleased with the customer service and level of professionalism

We had Lee from Heatsy come to repair our Boiler. He was incredibly thorough, listened to all our concerns, and was very friendly. The heating in our house was blocked and he got the water flowing again better than we’ve ever had it. He addressed a serious situation quickly and calmy, and knew exactly what was needed. A big shout out to Lee and Aaron from Heatsy. I booked a boiler replacement online and the guys were great. Very easy going and easy to talk to, but also professional and serious about their work.
