I have been telling everyone of the experience I had with LifeSource. We had a small problem with our filter, so for the first time in over ten years I needed to contact the manufacturer.

My initial call to LifeSource was answered by a person, not by a computer. The young lady (Stephanie) was professional, warm, and most importantly, knowledgable. After asking me a few questions to ascertain the nature of my problem, she connected me with Rob, who was able to diagnose the issue within minutes.

Rob gave me a few options (easy fix by myself, reaching out to someone local to me, or LifeSource sending out their own tech), and I opted to have a LifeSource tech come out to fix the problem.

The tech (Richard) was on time, very professional, and obviously happy about working for Life Source. I remember thinking to myself, "this is the way companies used to be run." He fixed the problem quickly, and was able to explain to me how my filter system works, advancements in their technology since I purchased my unit, and even fixed a problem with my own plumbing that had nothing to do with the filter.

I don't know how LifeSource makes any money with the high quality of product and customer service they provide; however, they must be doing something right and they have a customer for life. Please keep up the good work.

I had a really good experience with having my water filter installed. It took only a few hours and the initial problem (an existing fire suppression system had been installed in the water closet) was solved ahead of the original estimate. Also the added expense for the increased labor and parts was less than the verbal quote which was good news. Terry was very helpful and so was the plumber (I cant remember his name). My house was left in good shape after installation and the tanks look great - almost a work of industrial art. The water is clean - good tasting, clear, and feels good when showering. Yes, it is expensive in the short term, but I would definetly recommend if you have hard or chemically polluted water.

I recently contracted with Life Source to install their system in my home. My salt based treatment tank had reached the end of its life span- I had vowed to myself to replace it with something that would never again require lugging heavy bags of salt.
After interviewing this company & learning about this alternative system I was sold. From start to finish they were informative & helpful. Everyone did his job professionally. The installation was on time & efficiently performed. I was able to take advantage of a promotional special- great financing helped me be able to proceed immediately. And they even removed the old system & installed the new at no extra cost!
