"System replacement"

Went to the Orange County Fair to see about a 'deal' replacing our 15 year old LiveSource filter, and Pam took good care of us, helping us to include the the water softener with our system. When Luis showed up for the installation, he was on-the-spot on-time. The process of the installation went very well; he cleaned up the nest of copper tubing left from our old salt-water-softener when he installed the new LifeSource plus the 'ScaleSolver' salt-less softener so it looks great. Plus, he was quick, clean, and very professional about the installation; can't say enough good things about the experience! Now, we're back to the clean LifeSource water that we have been using for drinking, washing and bathing for so many years. Thanks for the good products and great people.

The sales person was spectacular - we signed up "on the spot". The Installation team leader was very professional and knew what he was doing - the helper was clearly "in the dark" about some points and needed a lot of guidance. Not ready for prime time... did some shabby work on some very simple tasks, which the leader had to follow up on. He didn't "get away" with any sloppiness, as I followed him around a lot. Having been a manager for around 35 years, I recognized that he was really a "New Guy". "Green" is the common term. The System is operating just fine - after the "flush out" period, Now I really look forward to showers and a good drink of water - it really tastes good !!
