I love the filtration system, and LifeSource is easy to do business with. Customer support is great and they answer any questions promptly.

Would love it if you offered a 'weather jacket' for outdoor installations to protect from freezing. I'm sure my hacked water heater wrap does the job but would be nice to have something better looking.

First of all the product is good! Water tastes good, even coffee & tea tastes better. Secondly their sales people Eric & Dan) are not pushy. We waited an entire year to have the unit installed bcuz we researched the product first and called the company to answer some questions or concerns. Great customer service and very flexible accommodating technician (Robert). We Highly Recommend Lifesource water system.
