"VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER"

Shortly after installation, we noticed that the hard water, white mineral sediment builds up quicker. I scrub it every week and it continues to build up. I also noticed that my toilets developed a very hard mineral deposit ring that is difficult to chisel out.
Husband called to report this. The maintenance man found nothing wrong with the system and told my husband to buy one of those blue toilet bowel cleaners that attach to the inside of the toilet to keep the deposits from building up.
I was away at the time or I would have done a tap dance on this guys head. That was an UNACCEPTABLE response.
We paid 5 k for this system and I hate it. What a waist of time. I now have water filters on my shower heads to prevent dry skin and itching.
I do not recommend anyone wasting their money.
