"Still waiting for better water"

Quick and easy buying experience. Unfortunately, the chlorinator was installed backwards for the initial 3 months. Company quickly and happily corrected. However, even after correcting the chlorinator, when the water supply is turned off then back on, there is a time of super-chlorinated, unusable water. We just end up letting the water run down the drain until the chlorine disappears. And after 3 months, unsure if the water is of any better quality than it was before the system was installed.
My suggestion would be for a $6000 system that the company show how much better the water is with their designed system installed. I'm not sure at this point that I would do this again.

Before I got LifeSource, I had a salt water system and filled up with fluid terribly. Since I have had this system, I have lost several inches of fluid. I wish I had known about it sooner.

"LifeSource whole house purification and descaling systems"

At first we were a bit sceptical but liked this system than the no electronic ones as we like the idea of it self flushing every two weeks to clean the junk out and make it last longer. When we got it installed the plumber Jason was amazing! The first couple weeks we could taste the minerals alot but Terry our rep said that was normal. It has been about a month and the water keeps getting better and better and I love that I can drink out of the tap knowing no bad chemicals are in it and the good minerals are left. I do have to rinse my glasses in R/O water so that there wont be spots since we have such hard water but otherwise it is great! no more smell of Chlorine in the shower and we just built a steam shower so now healthier than ever! Definitely love the system and the warrenty.

It was a VERY easy purchase. My sales guy was great and Brian the installer was awesome too. The system has worked flawlessly for the 5 months we have had it.
We purchased the descaler too.

I'm getting new appliances for my kitchen and feel better knowing that the water won't damage my new appliances.

We have had our original water system for two years and are very satisfied. Water is wonderful. No complaints from our guests at all. We did not originally install the Scale Solver but have added it now and I am glad we did. Recommended to all our neighbors, especially those who are having issues with their economy systems.
