"Very little followup"

Gung ho to sell the product, even traveled quit a distance to my home to view the site and present info. Disappointed that there is little to no followup. I know I could call if there are problems but would be nice if both salesman and installers would check to be sure all is good. It's an expensive product and there should be some "after care".
The product is good, I do still have to use white vinegar regularly to get residue off glass tea kettle and my Keurig reservoir. There is still a faint to stronger sulphur odor at times but just a fraction of what I use to have before the units were installed.

We had a great experience with Jonathan from LifeSource, everything went well and installation was professional, and set up to perfection. I was hesitant about have the tanks on the outside, but the job was done beautifully and looks great. Our water is delicious and we are very pleased with the function of the system. My wife & I have been back and forth about a water system for a very long time. We finally jumped in head first. After checking out several companies we landed on Life Source Water Systems. We were impressed from the start. The salesman ,David, answered all questions about the system, and was helpful as to which system was best for us. When the system arrived , the installer, Luis, was so professional, showing us where the best place was to place the system. Checking to make sure all lines received the the new supply of water. Even ran the flash out line over to my garden , never wasting any water.
Our water is now crystal clear, coffee tastes great, No more bottled water for this family.
