Luis the installer showed up on time. We talked about the installation and he went on about his business. He completed it shortly. He explained the unit and timer etc. The installation was neat and impressive. While he was here, our Factory consultant Jonathan showed up as he had promised. He also did an inspection. If Luis and Jonathan are representative of the rest of the company you can not go wrong. First class in every way.

The consultants were very helpful in explaining what we needed to do to accommodate their system. On the day of installation the technicians worked quickly and efficiently. They were very careful not to disturb the existing landscaping and ultimately perfectly camouflaged the tanks. We are now enjoying the water in our house.

The system is great. The service was great for the installation. Good communication. Very impressed with the skill and professionalism of the installer. He game me his name but I'm on vacation in Kentucky and can't recall. But if I needed an employee that worked for the best interest of the company it would be this installer and his assistant. Great job. I did have a small problem with payables that was quickly resolved.

Filter works excellent. My wife and I have noticed the difference on our skin and hair. Soap, both bath and cleaning products appear to work better with less needed to wash cloths and bath products work better with less.
The installer did an excellent job. He made the installation look easy. He had the latest pipe connections I did not know existed and he was finished with the install and testing quickly. Working great, no leaks no problems so far. We are happy!
