"Fantastic"
I LOVE being able to drink from any faucet in our home without worrying about the chlorine and other chemicals. And I no longer have red eyes after showering.

"Everything I had hoped for."
The system is working every bit as advertised and most importantly, as I had hoped for. From the sale to the installation, a truly professional experience. Such a pleasure to have clean, conditioned water without the hassle of dealing with salt and gallons and gallons of wasted water. Looking forward to many years of service. Highly recommended!

"Unexpected"
Great water system, A+++, wouldn't trade it for the world. Customer service to get it installed, needs some work. Paid for the system IN FULL and scheduled a fay and time to have it installed. a scheduled. They never confirmed the install date so I called a day before it was suppose to be installed to confirm the time and I was never scheduled for installation. Finally got it done and it's great, but I was close to cancelling the whole thing.

"Equipment Installation and Explanation"
The LifeSource Installation Team brought the water filtering equipment to my home on time and had it all installed within an hour. All very professionally done. They cleaned up their debris and then explained how the equipment worked. As they departed, I was told that by the end of the day I would be enjoying, pure, clean, good tasting water, which brought great delight to me. Money well spent. I sincerely recommend LifeSource Water Systems to all home owners who care about their health.

"Great water system"
Originally I had a really bad experience with the LifeSource system but I found out I was working with a non-certified plumber. Once I got in touch with the actual company that produces these systems my experience improved a lot. By the way I found out these systems are made in the United State which I thought was pretty cool. I think the plumber I worked with was just trying to make a sell and really over stated what this system could do in comparison with a water softener which is what I owned previously. However, the reasons I went with LifeSource are still more important than the water spots I was originally told I would “never see again”.
So here’s the bottom line, if you don’t want to have to add salt to your water on a regular basis or invest in an under sink reverse osmosis system then LifeSource is the way to go. It will not remove your water spots but I did see a significant reduction in buildup and most all spots caused by water are much more manageable than before. Is it worth the cost? For me, as a home owner, I think it’s a great investment but it’s definitely not the least expensive system out there.

"Life Source Water system in place for 8 plus years"
We added this water filter system at the recommendation of neighbor. Professional, efficient installation with excellent guide for changing filter. Really improved taste of water and works well with all appliances. A couple years ago the system was leaking and technician came out right away and we had lost the inner rubber ring. He replaced at no charge😀😀😀
Easy filter reorder on line. Recommend highly!!

"I am a true believer!"
I'm a big fan of my lifesource system. I usually wouldn't review on products like this but I truly am a believer that this system has made a huge difference in my life. First off, the person who helped set everything up, [name], was wonderful. She was really helpful and answered any questions and concerns I had. I had spoken with a person from [external reference] and they were not nearly as knowledgeable on the subject. [Name] really knew what she was talking about.
The neighborhood we live in has really old pipes and when originally purchased our lifesource system we had to get a sediment filter add on cause all the extra muck in our water was causing problems with our filter. Every time I change the filter on sediment filter it's a BIG reminder of just how much junk is in our water. The filters are often completely black, really gross!
Usually buying filters online is pretty simple but today I had trouble finding that option on the lifesource website. I had to call in and was told the website was recently changed up a bit. I talked with a woman named [name] who was exceptionally cheerful and stayed on the phone with me to help me figure out how to do everything. I don't often have to call in but it's nice to know that when I need a little help, I can expect great service from this company.

"LifeSource - is it just hype?"
I don't think I'd purchase a LifeSource system again given a second chance. The water in my pet's bowl has an oily sheen on it after only a day's time. On top of that it built up a green scale on the pottery bowl. How am I supposed to feel comfortable drinking the water with both these factors? This unit was almost $5K and this is what I get?

"The Water is Better"
The water in my area is better, but it's still leaving a residue that had disappeared quickly upon first installing my unit. I live in an area that has a 19 out of 20 max. for hard water, however. I was told I'd need a second unit to take care of the scaling that the first unit has let slip by. I was disappointed with that information since the first 6 months were great. I can't afford a second unit, so I will put up with what I have. But the water does taste better and my hair and clothes aren't soooo stiff with scale.
I wish I'd known.
