"LifeSource Review"

We have been very happy to date with the LifeSource water system but are still seeing water spots on glasses and dishes after washing them. There are no issues with the water quality and taste , we were under the impression that the spotting would be eliminated as well. For this area of the country it is a definite requirement to have a quality water system like LifeSource.

"I love my drinking water."

Lifesource was the solution to my water issues.
1.) I was tried of buying bottled water.
2.) I have hard water and needed a fix.

My family can drink water from any faucet in the house. I am very happy with the service from beginning to end.

"Great product, reliable company!"

I'm very impressed with LifeSource System. The sales and customer service representatives are very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. I installed both water filtration AND water-softening systems a few years ago. I'm not sure why the gasket recently sprung a leak, but appreciated the prompt response and well-executed, no-cost repair! My only regret is that I didn't install this system years ago when we built our house. That would have prevented mineral deposits from ever forming in the first place. It's nice to know we don't have to worry about that going forward, and that we have healthy, good-tasting water from all of our faucets!

"I would not recomend LifeSource Water Systems."

The dishwashers stopped cleaning the dishes properly and the showers have a large build up of something that was never there before. The only good thing is that the calcium build up on plumbing fixtures has gone away. I am seriously considering going back to a water softener.

"Water Quality is important to us."

Our water quality improved 1000%, when we had our Lifesource water system installed. We used to see junk floating in our water, all we see now is crystal clear water. Lifesource was more expensive than other brands we looked into, but well worth it We have been totally happy from initial visit from salesman (not pushy at all). Has really saved money on bottled water.

It is a night and day difference from the hard water without my Lifesource to what it is with. I am very happy with my choice and will be taking my system with me when I move.

"Not a water softener!!!"

The sales person assured me that this system would help with our terrible hard water problem. I explained to him in great detail about the issues I was having with our hard water destroying our new appliances, shower, etc. He continued to sell me the system knowing that my only objective was to solve this hard water problem. After installation of the system, we had no improvement with our water hardness. I called the sales person to explain that we had not seen improvement. He then explained to me that this system is not a water softener and that it will not do what I needed it to. This man lied at the beginning to sell me the unit, knowing good and well that I would not be satisfied. Now, I just have a giant expensive and unnecessary Brita filter on the side of my house. I even had to hire an electrician to install a new electrical outlet on the outside of our house closer to our main water intake before installation. My refrigerator already has a built in filter for our drinking water so this was a total waste of $3500!

"Fabulous water & service"

Our sales representative Roger Rignak was knowledgeable and thorough. (Thank you for your fabulous service Roger.) The installation was done professionally and on time. Most importantly, we love our better tasting, clearer, and "not-as-hard" water, thanks to our all home filter system (1620 S) and ScaleSolver. Best home improvement decision we made in years!
