This is the best water filtering system on the market. It cost more, but there is no filters to change. The cost to purchase filters will cost the same of the life source over the life of the system, plus the time needed to change the filters. NO LEAKING with Life Source.

"Great company"

The system was installed with no problem and the installer was very efficient and no mess. My one complaint was I got a card offering me 2 new water bottles. I sent in the card but never received the bottles.

"The proof is in the water"

I called Life Water source as they were the alternative to having someone enter my garage every month to change out the salt tanks. After scheduling the appointment to have Lesley come out to give us the information about the system, I liked the fact that it is virtually maintenance free. It was a little costly initially, but when I calculated it out, turns out is was less than the other monthly companies. After the install, they followed up with another in house appointment to show proof that the system works as it should. We are very happy with the way it all turned out. I haven't drank any water straight from the faucet in years.

I wanted to wait a bit before submitting my comments and review of LifeSource Elite 1620 Scale Solver and whole home water filtration purchase. We have been enjoying our LifeSource system for over 5 months, and I feel pretty confident at writing something now.

I'm a geek, and a IT Engineer professionally, and I tend to really research products, especially on the scale of a whole home water filtration investment. Once we made the deposit on our new home, I immediately began researching water solutions. My wife and I both drink a lot of water, and overall, Florida water is pretty terrible at the tap, in both taste, smell, deposits, and who knows what else. In my previously rented home, we used a tap mounted disposable solution. But that means bathing, laundry, etc, all suffer from exposure to standard tap water. yuck! I tend towards preferring whole enterprise, whole home, solutions for everything, when possible.

When I began my web based research, pretty much all I originally found was the standard old tech of salt based products. All salt based traditional systems require ongoing expense, maintenance, service, as well as not being very green for the environment, with the brine creation and disposal.

Somewhere along the line of chasing links, I discovered an ad for LifeSource maintenance free, salt free technology. I dug in, watched videos, read the reviews, and product materials, I read the 30+ years of the company's growth and business and technology acumen, their stand by the product attitude, and customer loyalty. I was excited to find that this California company was now in Florida! I hesitated briefly at the expense, but soon discovered it was competitively priced versus traditional solutions, BUT, saved in the long run, by not requiring ongoing salt purchase and service!

The installation on my brand spanking new home, was superior! The technician was very knowledgeable, professional, and clearly expert. He truly did a gorgeous job, on the quality scale I suspect he would have worked to if he were working on his own home. Moe was a warm, expert, pleasant soul, and it was wonderful to deal with him. I wanted to invite him for lunch, but he had other appointments to go to! the work is superb!

My bride and I have living in the new home with the LifeSource Water system for a little over a month now. Of all the several whole home solutions I found and invested in ( Also Air purification, and electrical conditioning / surge protection ), the quality of our water tops the charts. We are so very pleased we chose LifeSource, absolutely delighted with the delicious taste, feel (softer, but not slippery, like traditional salt based solutions) of our water!

at the end of all the research I did, there will always be a bit of trusting my gut, my instinct, on such an investment. I've known Rolls Royce owners, that have been unlucky. Our choice of LifeSource has really satisfied. We could not be happier! thank you LifeSource! If anyone wants to speak to an actual owner, I am always happy to share our fantastic experience and pleasure with our choice of LifeSource!

From purchase to installation it was very easy, no matter how many questions I had. I am very pleased with the added health of my water and the added life expectancy of my my plumbing.

"scale and scum"

My LifeSource Water System (LSWS) doesn't seem, to me, to have made my water any cleaner as I still notice "gunk" and "deposits" in my water fixtures and toilet tank. :( I don't think my water is any worse than before the installation of my LSWS.
