Such a smooth and straightforward transaction. I was contacted back by Karl Walton and I was offered a good price for my car. The car was collected a day later. The handover was easy and quick. Karl, being extremely efficient had explained everything thoroughly beforehand. Once the car was collected the finance was settled within about 15 minutes. I was quite sceptical about selling my car through Best Car Buyer but it was one of the best decisions I made. I made an online enquiry and was offered a fair price but was undecided. Karl Walton then rang me and asked what price I was looking for and the condition of my car. He then rang back with a higher offer and made an appointment for me to attend my local Car Supermarket the next morning. Handover was so quick and easy and the price I was offered was paid within 5 minutes. It was a higher offer than I had been quoted than all the other online car buying sites. Excellent service from start to end. I had an email off Karl Walton asking me what extras my car had etc, within the same day Karl rung me and asked me personally what price I was looking for and what I had previously been offered by other dealers, I told him my price and Karl with no hesitation matched the price and asked if I was happy to which I was and agreed 👍. That was that car sold took my car to car supermarket across the road from myself the very next afternoon and as quick as that my car was out my procession and my finance was settled there and then.
No hassle of selling my car, really fast and nice guys.
Would defiantly consider using the same company in the future if needing to sell a car.

From the first telephone call from Karl, everything went very smoothly and efficiently. I will admit to being sceptical about buying a car this way, but I needn’t have worried. I was offered what I considered to be a very fair price for my car and despite people telling me that some companies knock you down later, this did not happen to me. The driver turned up when Karl said he would and the handover was easy. Karl, who was very friendly and efficient, had talked me through everything beforehand.
