"From the start Karl was amazing"

From the start Karl was amazing, explaining all to myself and my mum about the whole process. I didn’t think my car would sell for much as had a few problems but be honest and you’ll be surprised. The process was super quick and easy, they give you a call on the day for approx time, when they arrive a inspection is done, money gets transferred fast. All in all a great easy way of selling your vehicle.

"I agreed a price for my car"

I agreed a price for my car, was asked to contact them, left a message, no response. I emailed them 3 times, no response. I phoned them again 3 days after my initial enquiry, to be told that they didn’t want my car, but was passed onto their Underwriters for a review. A promise was made they would call me back, a week later, I am still waiting. Sold the car elsewhere. Poor customer service, and why accept my car and then revoke their offer.

I use Trust Pilot a lot to check companies reputations before using their sites, but I’ve never thought of putting in a review until now.

I wanted to sell my car and had several companies that were interested.

I liked the honest reviews from Best Car buyer and I contacted them and from the point of contact to end sale was seemless.

They gave my a quote I was happy with and it was the true quote at end. No haggling like other companies.

Be careful, these are scammers but under legal entity,taking advantage of the innocent public, valuations are below 25% of the real value in many cases

Very fair company to deal with. By far better and easier than the likes of motorway and carwow and well of course we buy any car.
