Found dealing with best car buyer easy and straightforward. I dealt with Karl and was given a fair price. Had nightmares with Carwow who I feel was not straight with me. And as for we buy any car I am sure they do if you want to take much less than the car is worth.
In my opinion it does not get much better than this.

Selling process was very smooth and efficient. Really easy and they paid us what they initially agreed.

"Fraught but OK in end"

Thé Company offered us a lot less than we wanted but when we said it was too low they asked what we would accept. They asked for more info. on service history and photo’s and eventually agreed. Seemed fine after and we arranged pick-up. Unfortunately the collection firm did not pick up as agreed due to sickness of driver. We had to then wait till following Monday for collection as they don’t work at week-ends! Very inconvenient as we had driven for 3 hours following the death of the owner, from our home to hers and were assured it would be collected on that day. We had to get accommodation for 3 more days! Despite that, collection was good and money was passed to Solicitor within 10 minutes and car was only taken once we had received confirmation of this.

Lauren handled our sale; her communications were quick, responsive to questions and told us exactly what documents were needed and what to expect.
Pick up by Steph was a breeze. She arrived exactly in time, knew what she was doing inspecting cars and was fair. Sale was agreed. Money went into the bank in 15 minutes, whole process took 35 minutes. Very satisfied and recommend Best Car Buyer to sell your car.
