After horrendous experiences with WBAC, Motorway and Carwow trying to sell my car I reluctantly turned to Bestcarbuyer.

I was very pleased with the level of service received from Lauren.

The offer was £2.5k more than WBAC and I got paid what I was offered.

I turned up at my local Car supermarket, was immediately seen, car sold and money in account all with 15 minutes of arriving.

I only found out about bestcar buyer on the Friday morning and by the afternoon I had an agreed price for my car which was far better than other car buying companies. Lauren provided a fantastic service all throughout the process and made it a seamless experience. The car was picked up on the Monday morning and once the final checks were done the money was in my bank within 20 minutes. One piece of advice best car buyer are fantastic but share all the information and pictures of the car with them at the outset. I did and they made an excellent offer and when the inspection took place when picking the car up it was done in minutes. I must admit, I had never heard of Best Car Buyer before I googled selling my car. I compared all the 'big names' with Best Car Buyer, and they offered the most for my car by a considerable sum. I naturally expected a haggle when they came to pick up the car, but no... They checked the damage (chips etc) that I had declared, mileage etc, and 15 minutes later the cash was in my bank.

The process was so amazingly simple, a few emails back and forth with Lauren, a few photos, an offer and the car was picked up within 48 hours. Yes I had to pay £99 for collection, but this still meant I got literally thousands more than other big names had offered me.
