"Waste of time"

Waste of time. Made me wait all day and then turn up late when its almost dark to view the car. Then taking photos of any tiny chip mark in consideration just to knock the price down. To make matters worse they tried to make me believe that my car has had a couple of panels painted. I've had the car from new its 4 years old done 60k and never ever had any sort of damage or scratch. Absolute joke of a company and rightly so i didn't sell my car to them. A few days later i got alot more for it. Don't get fooled by their tactic which is to intially offer a high price just to sucker you in. Avoid this company

I was helping a neighbour sell her deceased husbands car so it could have been complicated but I dealt with james Taylor who offered a very fair price and made the process so easy, collection was arranged and on time the driver was so helpful and not in a rush whilst waiting for the money to be paid in which took about 10 minutes. Communication from start to finish was excellent.
