Best car buyer gave me the best price, advice and quick processing and pick up. I used them for my previous car too hence why I have used then again. Lauren was very good and informative and helpful.

I had never sold a car before and didn’t really know where to start. I went to a number of well known internet sites and Best Car Buyer really were the best. Their pricing was most competitive and dealing with Lauren Fleetword their rep was excellent and efficient. I got a quote a week before my new car arrived to gauge the market but didn’t want to commit to selling it until the new one was on my drive. Lauren held the price for me and when I agreed she arranged collection for the next day. The driver arrived had a quick look around the car and literally 5 mins later the cash was in my bank account. Really excellent service!

Very prompt updates at every step of the way. Clear instructions emailed and the experience when handing over the vehicle couldn’t have been easier. Very courteous driver inspected the car and once everything was confirmed, the money was deposited in my bank before the vehicle was loaded on tor the transporter. The entire process was straightforward and worked without a glitch. The offer I received online was good and when I was called back, we had a good and positive conversation without me feeling pressured. Got a slight uplift in the price and the collection was arranged for after the weekend. The driver got in touch proactively and arrived at the agreed time. After checking over the car, the funds were released and arrived in my account within 10min. The car was in tip top condition, just not washed and it didn’t feel like there was an attempt to find faults.
All a very positive and smooth experience - as advertised.
