I was cold called by Karl Walton from Best Car Buyer in response to my add on online. Have to say I was very dubious. Karl was very understanding and waited for me to make my own checks on them and call them back from phone numbers I found myself. All things that I wanted to do to make sure it was not a scam. There was no hard bargaining or pressure from any of the team. Karl being my main contact he was personable and helpful at every step. They were very understanding of my suspicious nature and were happy to take the time to let me gain faith in them.

I was offered a good price and a few days later, after their technician made all the relevant checks (a good 40+ mins check of the car) the sale was agreed, the money in my account in minutes.

He then offered to arrange collection of the vehicle. I chose instead to drop it off at a site. Once there, they checked the vehicle and the money was in my account within about 5 minutes.
