My sales advisor was Karl, he telephoned me for further information so Best Car Buyer could finalise their valuation. I wasn't all that sure on some of the valuation questions but Karl was really patient and friendly.

I was offered a better valuation than I expected, within 5 minutes of the conversation with Karl.

I had anxiety leading up to collecting day (5 days later, but they even could have do it next day) as i'd been stung by previous online/over the phone valuations before, who turn up offering considerably less. This was not the case at all, Martin collected my car confirmed the valuation and had the money with me within 5 minutes.
