"Avoid this company at all costs"

Avoid this company at all costs! I spoke to Ian on the phone who was friendly and went through the process and made it sound easy. I sent him everything he needed for my car and he said that's fine it would be collected I would get the price agreed.. the driver came and literally scrutinised every single inch of my vehicle. This process took around 1 hour. Bearing in mind this is a 7 year old car not a brand new one. He then spoke to Matthew in the office who I also spoke to and was very rude, spoke to me like myself and my car were a piece of dirt, and told me that my car is in such bad condition that it's not sellable (which is absolutely not true). Anyway so I declined the very reduced offer which was nowhere near what they had offered. And that was their driver stranded in Aberdeen when he lives in Leeds. Not a thought for their staff and certainly no respect or decency towards their customers.

Best car buyer gave us the highest price for our car. Communication with Ian was spot on The price agreed was slightly down on the first offer but still good for us. The car was collected within two days and payment received before the driver left. Would certainly use again

My valuation was pretty fair and as long as you are honest with them they are fair with you,

Collection was simple also and my driver was a really nice guy.

Scammers! Accepted offer dropped by £2k within few emails 🤣 Joke company don’t get involved.

From the initial conversation right through to handing the car over. It all went so smoothly.
Ian High initiated the deal and talked me through the whole process, from the start to finish. The guy at the drop off point, (sorry I can't recall his name), he also was very helpful. From handing over the keys, him inspecting the car, passing on my documents and the money being transferred over to my account was completed within 15/20 minutes.
Due to the traffic I was running late and i missed my allocated appointment time. I called to explain this, and I was reassured that I will have been seen and not to worry.
The customer service throughout was spot on, from start to finish. I would recommend these guys to anyone who is considering selling their car. I had finance that also needed to be paid off. They sorted that and the rest of the equity was sent over to my account.
It was so easy and not as stressful as I thought it could have been, it was all completed and dealt with, within 24 hours.
I want to say a big thank you.
