After enquiring online, I was quickly contacted by a very helpful person called Lauren and few questions later I had an updated value. As it was higher than the original offer I opted to have the car collected (for a fee) and chose a day that suited me. The guy that picked up the car looked around the car made a call, confirmed the price and a few minutes later the ownership was changed and my money was in my bank. The whole process took no more than 20mins from the time he arrived, other reviews complained of being offered less than quoted but I suspect they weren’t honest about damage on the phone when contacted. I had no problems. Excellent service, would recommend.

Very happy with BCB. Recently sold my Polo GTI with them, which was very efficient and easy. They were one of the highest quotes which is always nice, but the customer service was what did it for me. Saul in the sales team was almost solely who dealt with me, and he was excellent. Made the whole thing so so easy for me, and knocks spots off the reps from other companies I contacted. The collection of the car was very smooth too. The third party company employee who physically collected the car was a lovely guy and money was paid in 15 minutes. The BCB office did try and knock £200 off for windscreen chips that I had already notified them of (part of the initial quote), but this was resolved in a few minutes and the full money was paid, so as far as I’m concerned it’s still a 5* review.

Will 100% recommend Best Car Buyer.

Best price for the car, better than all their competitors. They organised the date and time for the collection to my needs. Waited until money cleared in bank before leaving and also waited for the email conformation that I'm no longer the registered keeper. Definitely recommend them. What a great team they are. An excellent experience from start to finish! We got the most competitive price from Best Car Buyer without even trying and the process was so speedy and hassle free. Our initial collection day was cancelled due to a break-down which meant we had to take an extra day off work for the re-scheduled pickup... out of courtesy they knocked off the £99 collection charge (a huge thanks to Ian, Karl and Owen for sorting everything out for us)!
