Best Car Buyer offered me the most competitive price and, even though I thought I had told them about all the stone chips and minor scratches on the car, they didn't try to chip the price when they identified a few more on inspection. The people were excellent to deal with, the systems were fast and efficient, and the whole deal was done in a few days. I would definitively use them again.

Time wasters!
Got a quote for how much they were going to buy my car for. I was happy to proceed, arranged to drop my car to the Birmingham branch and just as I was leaving I got a call saying they just realised they've given me a quote for the performance line version of my car and because it's actually a Prestige they'll have to take £1500 off the price originally given. Now the funny thing is is that the performance line model isn't as high spec as the prestige so they were completely just trying it on to see if they could give me less.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE LOT. IF YOU WANT TO SELL YOUR CAR TROUBLE FREE THEN GO TO ARNOLD CLARK!
