"They replied to my 1 star review about…"

They replied to my 1 star review about my not being refunded for the crappy hearing aids and they stated that they issued a refund and that is a lie. Stay away from these crooks. (My Opinion)

They replied that they have requested other information from me. Lies. I have not received any such request.

"Bossa Rip Off"

I received my hearing aids and was disappointed that they did not relieve my tinnitus. I sent them back for a refund (one pair never used and the box was unopened). I have not heard back from the company since November 2022. Buy elsewhere

"I bought 2 pairs"

I bought 2 pairs, of hearing aids(first pair was too weak for my loss) They sold me a, "stronger" pair, to no avail. I sent them back, and they got them, April 7th, 2023. They stated I would have my refund, within 15 working days from receipt of aids. I still haven't gotten my refund and all they do is, "escalate" to the billing. Last week(April 26th) They stated I would have my money on May 3rd. NOTHING! Just got done with email, and got the same, "escalate to billing" lie.

"Poor product, crappy company and business practices."

Ordered a pair of the mini 5's for my wife from Bossa. When they arrived (which took some time), we tried to work with them but they were difficult at best. To start, they would not stay in her ears, constantly kept falling out. Extremely difficult to adjust the volume...and was impossible to do so in changing sound environments. When she did have them in, they kept constantly giving feedback which I could hear from a distance (without my real hearing aids in). After about 2 1/2 weeks of fighting with them she asked me to return them which I did. (and I did not appreciate having to pay for the shipping back...bad business). Got confirmation from Bossa that they had received them back...waited close to two months, had not seen a credit back on my credit card. Called the company...they assured me that it would be taken care of within 24 hours...yeah, right. Have contacted them on several occasions with the same response. Contacted American Express...while it was close to the allotted time to expire on making a claim, they did honor it, credited my account and charging Bossa back. I wear real hearing aids...yes, I spent $6,000.00 for them but in my business I can ill afford to screw around with wannabe companies...plus the fact I have 10 year support and no questions asked. My wife asked me if she could try another company...I said not only no but heck no. Fake product, dishonest company...I wish I could give them a negative rating, but I can't and can't even give them a zero so 1 is all I can work with

"This is not an honest business"

This is not an honest business. I returned the product that I did not use within their policy limits. They will not issue a refund credit to my credit card. I can no longer dispute the card charge because it is over 60 days. I believe this is intentional by the company. The charge cannot be charged-back now by credit card bank. Hello Bossa Customer Care, As of 5/3/2023 I' am still waiting for a refund for the returned device your received. Thank you
As of 5/17/2023 I send Bossa weekly emails requesting a refund for the returned unused device. I have not received a refund and there Support Team continues to lie to me that the Finance Department will isuue a refund soon.

"I purchased two sets"

I purchased two sets, the second one cause issues for my sister. Hard to remove, didn't seem to fit. Her's I'm donating to a Vietnam Veteran. My set has taken time to adjust but I have that under control the right one seems too big for my ear. For the price I certainly recommend them.

"I received my hearing aides and was…"

I received my hearing aides and was disappointed when they did not work for me volume to hard to use. Called for return # received and sent item back. I waited the 10-15 days for a refund that never came. I emailed them and the response I recieved was if missing parts not a complete refund, I understand that, at the end they said if the volume doesn't work then no refund. WHAT? Ive tried emailing them back and have had zero response. would not recommend to anyone.

"Deceptive practices, not reputable"

Deceptive practices, relentless advertising emails, trying to upsell your purchase, trying to get a refund and they just keep telling me wait, wait longer. I paid for priority processing and at 9 days it still wasn't sent out. I tried to cancel my order and suddenly it was sent and it was send by first class mail. They told me 10-15 days for a refund from the day they got it back and it has been 18 days and they keep saying wait longer. The 20th day I got go partial refund, they did not refund $9.97 priority processing fee, I contacted them because I asked for a refund before it left their warehouse. I got the same we will forward it to the financial department. I might improve my rating if they do refund the rest of my money in a timely manner without me having to email them again.
The 5 star Trustpilot rating is fake image, they have a 2.8 if you look on here as of today. BBB.org gives them an F rating. Run from Bossa Hearing there are other options.
Filed a BBB complaint, FTC Complaint and American Express dispute.

"WORST COMPANY EVER"

WORST COMPANY EVER! I purchased a pair of hearing aids and 2 weeks later the hearing aids completely stopped working. I contacted customer support, but they were NO help. It's clear they could careless about their customers. I will never spend another penny with this company
