This is one of the worst products I ever bought, the hearing aid is nothing compared to what the company promised. This is does not make any sense to me, this is a scam. I received the hearing aid and use it for 4-5 hours only. The product is a piece of trash, only screaming inside my ears. I decided to return it right away and get my money back and I did return it the next day. I waited for three weeks as they said to receive my refund, never received an updated, when I called today to follow up and see when I’m going to receive my refund, I was told the volume dial is broken and that I’m not entitled to a refund. How can any product be used only for 4-5 hours and is already broken.
This is just a scam to collect money and rip off people. The company state that the hearing aid is warranted for a year but only lasted for few hours and they refused to escalate the issue to a higher level manager. The company want me to write a letter to explain what happened in order to escalate the issue to upper management, basically saying forget it, no refund. This product was defective in the first place but they can’t admit it. This is why the company refuse to replace it or even fix it and return it to the customer. Do they fix it and sell it to another customer?

I ordered a set of hearing aids. They were larger than I expected and filled with static. I contacted Bossa and returned the items for a refund. After 3 1/2 months of multiple emails and promises, I finally filed a claim with the BBB. After the BBB contacted Bossa, I finally received my promised refund. I would not order from this company.

Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered from them. The hearing aids were too big for my ears and were very uncomfortable. Followed all the correct procedures and returned them on March 23. I have sent several emails and am always promised they are expediting my refund. I still haven’t received it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

After following THEIR procedure for returning hearing aids and them okaying the return, they have refused to issue a refund. My advice is to not do business with this company!

I ordered this for my mother and she couldn't hear anything using these. I sent them back and package was received on 1/17. Still waiting for refund.
Update: Couple days after writing this review, I got the refund.

"Most likely the worst company I have…"
Most likely the worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a pair of hearing aids from from Bossa Hearing aids. They were terrible. Amplified sound not hearing aids. Worn them for one day and sent them back to them. Been a month and still no refund. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. CALL THEM FOR A WEEK AND WAS TOLD IT WAS PROCESSED STILL NO REFUND. THE WORST COMPANY EVER TO DEAL WITH.

My wife was suffering from a long term illness and thought this product might help with her hearing. I ordered it and paid for expedited shipping. Still it took over 2 weeks for the product to show up. Meanwhile my wife's condition deteroirated to the point it wasn't worth trying the product.
My wife died. And during that horrible time I apparently waited 2 days too long to request a refund for a product that sits unopened and they are sticking with their "45 day refund period".
What a bunch of heartless basta**ds

Well BOSSA responded here on the day I first posted this. But it's been a week and I've heard no attempt to resolve this from them. I realize there was a long weekend but still . . . . (update 5/31/23)
