"Very disappointing service"
I purchased a pair of Bossa hearing aids in mid January 2023 but they did not work well for me so I returned them on Jan 27 and received an acknowledgement of their return. I asked for a refund of the purchase price and was told it would be forthcoming shortly. After many messages to them, nearly five months have elapsed and I still have not received a refund nor any assurance when, or if, I will ever receive my refund. This is very disappointing and aggravating. I have lost all trust in Bossa as an honest, responsible organization.

"ProTon Plus+ is best"
So first things first, you will definitely get hearing assistance using these. The level of amplification is really nice, and I can definitely hear much much better with this in compared to without them. The charging is quick, and they hold a charge for quite a long time. They're comfortable for the most part, although I do find that wearing them for extended periods of time starts to get uncomfortable eventually. They're really not an all day aid in my opinion. But for the most part they're really good. I'm just not sure I'd buy into them at the price tag they're listed at. So as far as functionality, they're awesome.

"Beware! They do not honor refunt policy"
Purchase for hearing aids was made April 12th. Order # 80599 total cost $102.26. Aids were not quality aids thus returning the item May 16th. Followed return policy and provided tracking number 9536210696213136008414. They responded on May 17th acknowledging my email. I followed up June 8th and they stated they will look into it. No response afterwards. I follow up June 14th and they response was "We are experiencing some unforeseen circumstances that have caused a delay in our refund process." This is beyond their return policy guidelines. Ive been requesting my refund since and have not received anything.

I ordered a pair of $89.97 ($94.74 with taxes) hearing aids for my 95 year old mother on 3/28/2023. I received the hearing aid the following week but on 4/8/2023 my mother passed away. On the 11th of April I called and asked for return instructions, which were emailed to me on the same day. I returned the product in its UNopened packaging with the USPS tracking number 9500 1132 4173 3112 7780 16 and the package was delivered. The product was returned unopened and within the 30 day return period! I sent them an email on 5/21/2023 upon not receiving my refund. I have also called twice and they have not returned my money yet. They keep saying that they will escalate this and get me my refund. It has been 2 months. BBB and CA Attorney General's consumer affairs office are my next steps. I need a speedy resolution to this please.

This company doesn’t honor their refund policy, I returned the so call hearing aid over two months ago and still haven’t received a refund. They have stopped returning my emails, they are horrible to deal with. The product is substandard and the customer service is worst. The best way is to avoid Bosa Hearing aid.

Returned Bossa hearing aids before 45 days in feb 2023 called several times about receiving refund as of june15 2023 no refund on credit card would not recomend this product to anyone
