"MIRACULOUS"

My dad lives in Canada and its very frustrating when he can’t hear me on the phone, so I ordered these heading aids and had them shipped to him. Honestly, I didn’t think he would wear them but he absolutely LOVES THEM! He calls them “miraculous”! He ordered another set for himself and a set for his friend!
When my dad told my mom about them, she ordered a set for my step-dad who recently paid $5000 for hearing aids that are too uncomfortable to wear!
There are no words to describe how grateful I am that my dad can hear again!
It took almost a month for the shipment to be delivered but even to Canada shipping was FREE!!
Thank you, Bossa…for giving my dad his hearing back!!!

"SCAMMERS took a month for them to ship…"

SCAMMERS took a month for them to ship by that time i didn't want them i went elsewhere so refused the shipment...they charged my credit card on 5/30/23 finally arivied at my post office on 6/26/23..when i went to the post office on 6/29/23 i told the poster master to send back/i refused shipment...so here it is 8/12/23 and they are claiming they never received them back so they are refusing to refund me my money.

They have their product and my money!

I recently had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Bossa Hearing, a company that claims to sell hearing aids but delivers nothing more than shoddy sound amplifiers. My attempt to use their product left me incredibly dissatisfied and dealing with a barrage of issues that showcased their poor product quality and lackluster customer service.

Upon purchasing a set of their so-called "hearing aids," I followed the setup instructions meticulously, only to be met with constant feedback that my spouse could hear from across the room even at the lowest volume setting. This persistent issue completely negated any potential benefits of the product. Despite my best efforts, wearing them during the trial period didn't yield any positive results, and I struggled to adapt to the feedback problem, as suggested by their customer support.

Speaking of customer support, my interactions with Bossa Hearing's tech support were far from helpful. When I reached out to them about the glaring feedback issue, their response was shockingly dismissive. I was told that I would eventually "get used to" the feedback, which was an unacceptable, and frankly dismissive, response.

As the trial period neared its end, I decided to initiate the return process due to the utter failure of the product to meet even basic functionality standards. However, this proved to be yet another hurdle in dealing with Bossa Hearing. After sending multiple emails to their provided contact address without receiving any response, I had to resort to reaching out to them via their social media presence. It took screenshots of the ignored emails and direct communication through Facebook Messenger to even get their attention. This indicated a severe lack of professionalism and responsiveness on their part.

The return process, too, was riddled with delays and uncertainty. Despite providing tracking for the returned package, it has now been right at 15 business days since Bossa Hearing received the product back. Yet, I'm still left in limbo, being repeatedly told that they need to "reach out to finance" for answers regarding my refund. So far, I've been told this five times and have had no response. This lack of transparency and accountability is nothing short of infuriating and unacceptable.

My experience with Bossa Hearing has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their purported hearing aids turned out to be nothing more than glorified sound amplifiers with a plethora of issues. The dismissive customer support, communication breakdowns, and prolonged refund process have left me thoroughly disillusioned with this company. I strongly advise anyone in need of hearing assistance to steer clear of Bossa Hearing and explore more reputable options that actually deliver on their promises.

EDIT AFTER CO REPLY: They did send the refund notification email after I put this review here and spammed their Facebook comments with the review. They kept deleting my comment, I kept putting it back. This dance went on for over an hour. Then, I got the email notification and stopped spamming their FB comments. They're still a horrible company that I wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

"Ordered set on July 20 still waiting"

Ordered set on July 20, 2023 talked with company rep. by text on Aug. 3 and was told item had not been received from factory yet. Mistake in not reading reviews before ordering. Sad that the Company scams us old folks feeling no compassion whatsoever. Thank goodness my Bank is good about stopping payment on problem purchases.

"I ordered a pair of hearing aids off of…"

I ordered a pair of hearing aids off of them, Order #125185 , after over 2 weeks they couldn't be bothered to send them out, so I cancelled the order, now over 10 days later of promises that my money was refunded, and no refund was received, all I get is B.S from them.
Still nothing $ from them, (8/6/23) Guess I will get in touch with my bank about getting my money back since the evidently don't care.

Had to file a claim with my bank, nothing but lies from Bossa Hearing. Avoid these scammers.

"Based on my experience"

Based on my experience, they are certainly deserving of their "F" rating with the BBB! Buyer beware! I have since learned that they have a pattern of denying refunds for their product, despite customer dissatisfaction.

"BOSA RIPS OFF SENIOR CITIZENS WITH THEIR RETURN POLICY"

My 88 year old father- saw the Bosa ad online- he has a hard time seeing and can't hear well. He was excited to get them. However, they didn't fit his ear well. We sent an email to inquire about returning and got an email back to call us Mon-Fri at a number. When I called the number the next week- I was told that it was too late to return. I said the request to return was within the window- but they said I needed to call and they didn't work on the weekend-- so of course it added 2 day on to the timeframe till I could call. My 88 year old father was ripped off- basically because they did not email back a return authorization- they told us to call for one- and that added days on to the return. I asked to speak with someone higher up- they said there wasn't anyone else. So I decided I'd tell everyone how they take advantage of senior citizens - offering them hope with these hearing aids. They squealed and did not fit. The squeal alone is enough to damage my dads ear even more. Buyer beware- they do not help you return if you're not happy- they'd rather take the money away from a senior citizen than to help them

"Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware)"

I purchased a set of TX5 minis from Bossa last winter and was pleased with their performance. When they advertised their new ProTon+ hearing aids I decided to upgrade so I applied on-line. Several hours later I had second thoughts and contacted Bossa by e-mail and phone to cancel order #124821. I was assured that they would do that. It has been nearly a month since my request and my refund hasn't been issued. I have e-mailed them multiple times and their limited catalog of excuses has become repetitive. This appears to be the way they operate. I have filed a complaint with my Bank credit card division. Be careful before ordering from Bossa Hearing.

"This is nothing but a SCAM company"

This is nothing but a SCAM company. I ordered hearing aids on June 24 and still hadn't received them on July 18. Requested a refund on same day. Was told 5-7 days for refund-it's now been 10 days and no refund. SHOP ELSEWERE. BOSSA IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM FRONT TO GET YOUR MONEY!!!!!

They will also SPAM you to death!!!!

"Non-existent customer service"

I ordered a pair of hearing aids from Bossa Hearing, and at the time I placed my order, it was for their top of the line pair. My credit card was charged immediately, yet it did not ship for a couple more weeks, and it was close to three weeks before I received them. From the beginning, the fit in my ears was very poor, yet I decided to evaluate them carefully before requesting a return. After a week of trying them out, it seemed they only amplified sounds, but did not help me at all in noisy environments. In fact, things were worse in that type of environment. When I requested instructions for return, they told me they now had a new model, more expensive than the top of the line I had originally ordered and I would just be billed for the difference. I said I was not interested in that, and followed their return instructions to the letter. My return was packaged up exactly how I received them, and in the exact same condition I had received them. I sent them back with tracking and all other necessary info they requested. I could see they received them back at the address I was given two days later. I sent out an email to them the day I initiated the return, giving them the tracking number, as they had requested. Around 12 days later, I had not heard anything, so I contacted them by email and asked for the status of my return. They claimed I had not followed their directions and did not send them the tracking number. I sent it to them again in a reply, and also I copied and pasted from the original email I sent out the day I initiated the return. I asked that they please notify me when they received the second email, to give me an idea of when my refund request would be processed. Again, maybe 5 to 6 days later, no response. At this point I called, and once again was told they received nothing from me with the tracking number. I told the phone rep that I would read off my tracking number, because for some reason they received all the other emails from me, except the ones with the return tracking number. Once I read off the tracking number with the name of the shipper, she said, there it is, and then all of sudden my two previous emails appeared as well. She told me the date the return was accepted for refund, and said it would take 10 to 15 business days to process. On day 15 there was still nothing. I called and they said I would receive an email from them by the end of that day. Of course, I did not. I would recommend to anyone considering a purchase from this company to read all the reviews here, and consider shopping elsewhere.
