I placed my order on June 9th. I have inquired about my order 3 separate time and receive the same automated response. My payment has been taken and I have not received any product. Also they had the nerve to ask me for a review of the product I still have not received.
We will NEVER recommend this company to anyone .
Still waiting to see if hearing aids even work.

Very unhappy with this product! I bought 3 pair thinking they would be small enough for my ears. They are so bulky that I can't wear them! I would like to return the 2 unopened boxes.

Garbage hearing aids sent back for refund as they instructed, it’s been months and I still haven’t been refunded ! All they do is keep making excuses and lies ! I never experienced such a distrustful company ! It’s a take your money and run place! Don’t buy from them !! I hope the CEO and anyone else working there rot in hell!!

Went to the website to purchase a pair of hearing aids for myself.
They run a "publishers clearing house" type of business. Meaning when you place an order they have many little checkmarks and extra pages that have to be unchecked or dismissed to buy extra junk before you ever get to what you want to buy.
After about the 7th page of this junk I decided to bail out and deleted all items from the shopping cart and left the website. A few minutes later I get an alert they charged me anyway! No 24/7 phone service and the guy they have running their chat on FB was just rude. Stay away from this company if you like keeping your money and don't like being charged for orders I never completed.

I believe this is a scam company I ordered the product on 6/3 they said it would take 3-14 business days. After 14 business days I acquired about my order. Now they say 15-22 business days. They take your money immediately. Very poor customer support. Please go elsewhere.
