Second order. First set stopped charging. Order shipping was slow. It's been 24 days since 2nd order was confirmed and no response from Bossa. Hearing aids are okay, but not up to all the hype.

"I had to send the hearing aids back due…"
I had to send the hearing aids back due to the fact they kept falling out of my ear. They state they have a 45 day money back guarantee. I sent them back within 2 week's and was told it takes 10 to 15 business days after they receive the return to process the refund. I have now been waiting 10 weeks for my refund and have contacted them multiple times and been told that they will resubmit to billing for a refund. Still nothing. What a scam. My order # is 100913

"Caveat emptor!"
I had purchased the hearing aids for sudden onset hearing loss and tinnitus. Unfortunately they did not help and I’d returned them and requested a refund back in late April. After several more emails, I’ve been told there was a delay which they were attempting to correct. It’s now late July, and after several more email requests to return my money, still nothing. I’m posting this review to make everyone aware of the company’s lack of customer service and consideration. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your hearing aid needs.

"Customers are not valued"
First I ordered hearing aids and did not receive them. I called after nearly a month and they had not even been sent yet. They were suppose to arrive on Saturday, but I did not receive them until Monday of the following week. Upon trying to return them , I find that they don’t pay return postage and was told it is on their return policy and I found that policy anywhere. The company is not there for their customers. Don not order from them.

After waiting quite a few weeks and thinking I had been scammed again I received my order. Best thing ever what a difference it has made being able to hear and not keep saying pardon. Would highly recommend. Thank you Bossa.

"Still waiting."
I ordered the hearing aids on June 18. Still waiting for them, waiting for a response to my inquires, waiting for this company to take responsibility. I tried to check the company reputation for fraud or scams. I spent quite a bit of hard to come by money. I will be looking into filing a complaint with my bank. Shameful treatment of people in need. All attempts to reach them through email failed. Got a 404 error, page does not exist.

Ordered from Bossa. They took my $$, and I waited 2 weeks but didn't receive anything. Requested a refund, Nothing STILL has happened a month later. We keep sending emails, and are told how it's "being looked into". I should have read reviews first. Bottom line: This place is a sham
- So after posting this, I get the same generic ai response requesting info after my sending numerous emails. OK, here, once again: ORDER #110935
and from previous email: "Your request (95585) has been updated"

"I ordered the advertised hearing aids…"
I ordered the advertised hearing aids and even upgraded them during the ordering process because they offered a discount. When I received them, I immediately opened them and tried to put them in an ear, but they wouldn't fit my ear at all, they wouldn't stop whistling, and I never was able to hear a single thing with them to I packed them up exactly how they arrived and immediately returned them and Bossa received them back the next day on 6-23-23. As of this date, 7-11-23, they still have not issued a refund and cannot tell me when they will be able to issue a refund. Also, they did not provide a return label and I am also out the cost of postage on these terrible hearing aids.

"Your customer service is just awful and…"
Your customer service is just awful and you really need to let the customer know how long the delivery process will take. You make it seem like the turn around time is days when it is closer to over a month.

I purchased these for my elderly mother. They were not suitable so I returned them with everything intact and working and the tracking number was sent to the company, as they requested. Bossa Hearing did not acknowledge receipt of the item which was delivered back to them on May 12th, 2023. I have sent them emails each week, first asking politely for the full refund to which I am entitled and working my way up to anger and distrust. Each response is full of empty promises. “The finance team is working on it.” Etc.
I promised them a poor review should they neglect to refund me five business days following my last email to them.
Time is up. Buyer beware. The product is not good and the company is dishonest.
