"hearing aids didn't work-fail to return money…"

hearing aids didn't work-constant feedback at all volume levels.
returned- tried 4 times to get my money back over 5 months-still not back in spite of returning exactly as they said. They have a record of my communications and cc info. They are either horribly inefficient, run out of money or are scammers. They will be very sorry when I am through with them legally.
If I were you I wouldn't order from them at least from my experience.

"Buyer Beware"

I bought these hearing aids but was not satisfied with my experience so returned them on February 28th. I have sent several emails inquiring about my refund and have been reassured that they were expediting my refund. No refund yet and it is May 20th. Buyer beware.

I am guessing the negative reviews are all on the mark. I made the purchase about 5 or 6 weeks ago and all I get is more emails suggesting I buy. I emailed back asking where mine were and got a response - soon. Well that was 5/7/2023 and soon has not come. I am wondering if these people are even in business..other collecting credit card numbers

I ordered a pair in early march but it wasn't as described. I returned them right after receiving them .I've called several times about my refund and have heard every excuse they can come up with.was even told it was refunded and turns out that was also not true. Please be careful because if you have to return them you might not live long enough to receive your refund.this company does not do as they advertise.Well I've once again been told my refund was issued which by the way isn't accurate. I've already checked with the credit card company. Was told just yesterday it wasn't issued back to the card.so wherever the bossa received their information its not accurate. Maybe you need to do in depth investigation into the numerous problems you're having with several refunds. As my grandfather said you're only as good as your word

"Product quality"

I was very helped by the tool because I could listen again, since last year I couldn't hear because of an accident at that time I was very down because I couldn't hear again until I was recommended to buy a tool at bossahearing I tried this tool it is very comfortable to wear for everyday use and the quality is very good a few times it fell but it is still alive, this is very good quality and the price is very affordable

"I bought the hearing aids in March"

I bought the hearing aids in March. They were too big for my ears so I returned them because me 20 something dollars to make sure they were sent back the correct way as of today May 14 I haven’t had a credit. This company does not refund your money as soon as possible, I also got charge for the extended warranty that I did order but was not credited. I didn’t use the warranty so I don’t know what was the problem was I am very unsatisfied with the customer service the return policy, the hearing aids, which were not me as good as I thought , I would not recommend this company and he’s hearing aids to anyone.

"Still waiting for a refund"

I have been waiting for a refund for the hearing aids I returned in January. The return arrived at Bossa on January 27, 2023. I have reached out several and received a same day response. However, once again it has been referred to the Finance Department. It has been over three months. Not confident I will see a refund anytime soon. Very dissatisfied with the experience.

"Waiting two months for my refund. Next step-my lawyer?"

Purchased 2/3/23. Order 73515. Returned as instructed with tracking number on 2/28/23.Have communicated to their support several times. Each time they have assured me I will be refunded my $136.47. It is now nearing two months since my return with no refund. The product didn't work. The earplugs didn't fit.
This company is a sham.

"They don't stand behind their product. Promise a 45 day refund and does not honer"

Promised a 45 day return policy the hearing aids did not work for me. I sent them back as directed they received them on March 20th and I have not received a refund yet 5/7/2023. I have contacted them several times and get the run around. Now I have to take legal action or kiss my money good by. Don't waste yours
