"DO not fall for the BS great reviews"

Well, they take a screw driver to adjust the volume, still hear "chewing noise, etc" even when turned down to the point where they don't help. Am thinking some of these "great" reviews are paid. Further, the website is
is a total scam, "pay extra" to get shipping you should get from a reliable company, and then the constant "upgrade" BS. Do NOT recommend this company, think lots of the "great" reviews are BS.

I returned this item because it stuck out of my ear canal a lot and was too visible. I requested the refund, sent all the items back, did everything I was supposed to do. I am still waiting to see my refund. I began asking about my refund on 3/30. I am now emailing every week to try to see what the issue is with returning my money. I just sent yet another email asking where my refund is.

After two months they quit working. Poorly constructed! Their warranty does not cover the volume control. I find this is not right. Do not buy Bossa! They have all kinds of extra charges. Their inserts have to be replaced often. Have communicated with them to no avail. They refused to send me a free replacement.

Bossa confirmed that they received my returned hearing aids on Feb 13. I've followed up not once but twice to find out where my refund is. Today is April 1 and I have still not received a refund so I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the original charges. What a pain.

Order and received TX Mini hearing aids. Within six months one of them would not hold a charge for more than 30 minutes, shortly after the other one lasts for 15 seconds. When I emailed support to their "24 hour response" 2 days later nothing. Went to their website for Support, spent almost an hour in a chat then was told I had to call in for support. When they looked up my case the solution they offered was a 15% discount on a new set. I'm looking at the website and there is a 15% off right on the page already. When I told them that I was placed on hold, then they offered me 30% off. I said that they didn't even make it through the one year warranty, why would I pay 70% of retail to replace the defective product you sold me?
