Wouldnt use Spareroom ever again or reccommend anyone else does!!! As soon as there is an issue they cant help, how ridiculous is that!! They have way of helping support you as tge renter to get your monies back due to lies being told by the person renting out a room even when you deposit is protected by law and is your money which should be refunded.
The woman stopped responding to my messages and again Spareroom think thats ok!!!

Stay clear of them, they say they dont have law knowledge but know enough not to help.
