I rented a room through this company and the landlord and property were not what was offered. My deposit was never put into a protection scheme, bills were not inclusive as advertised.
The landlord was threatening and kicked my door in one night.
I have alerted them to this but they are still allowing him to advertise on their site saying “we are only advertising”. They are leading lambs to the slaughter with negligence.
