"Bought a rigid hot tub two months ago…"

Bought a rigid hot tub two months ago and the liner zip was broken. Customer service said they would send a replacement which finally arrived two weeks ago after weeks of chasing - as you can’t speak to anyone every email takes 8-10 days to be answered and when it did finally arrive they had only sent one part of the liner despite saying they would send both. I messaged again and no response in 18 days, very frustrated and have a £1400 hot tub sat in the garage that we can’t use.

"New Hot Tub No Response "

hi
i have sent numerous emails and tried to call but no answer and nothing back by email.

I recieved my order slightly damaged and only part of my order has been delivered without being able to know when my items are arriving, 1 of the items are the replacement filters which means I cannot use the hot tub without these!!

Can someone please help?

"Thieves .... Dreadful Company...they have received…"

Dreadful Company...they have received their faulty spa back but I've not received my refund. Customer service is non existent. Product is substandard overall experience a joke.

Where do I start...don't answer emails, don't answer phone, ignore your complaints....bought a fold away bbq warped first time using it so wanted replacement but no customer service at all grrrr.....

Hot tub is still sat in the garden waiting for pick up since 11th June, had for four weeks and the heater broke
Customer services message back every two weeks and don’t communicate with you to make a delivery date

"Awful"

Awful! Beware! Do NOT purchase with Wave.
There is absolutely no way of contacting this company. Despite the website stating if nobody can take the call they will contact back within 48hours. I’ve left several messages and have never had a call back. No response to three emails and the “live” chat never connects to anyone.
I have requested a refund but nothing! The chances of seeing my £1600 again seem pretty slim. I’ll be reporting Wave to trading standards. This is no way to run a reputable business.
UPDATE!!!
Received a call from Paddy finally! Confirmed after 2 weeks since I cancelled my order & requested a refund that it would be recalled and I would receive a refund within 7-10 working days. The very next day I had DPD at my door in the morning trying to deliver despite Paddy saying he would ensure it was recalled to Wave. Rejected the order and off the driver went. Later the same day I had another DPD driver at my door trying to deliver a hot tub from Wave with a different consignment number. Again, rejected. The circus continues and now I need to likely wait another 2 weeks + until I can get a response from Wave. Will I see my refund?! The jury is out on that one. This is a true reflection of the horrendous customer service of Wave. Do not be fooled by any 4/5 star reviews about how amazing they are, given my experience I would question the legitimacy of these. I have notified trading standards.
UPDATE
After waiting the 10 working days since Paddy said I would receive a refund I have received NOTHING. I have now started a charge back claim with my bank as this seems to be the only chance I’ve got of getting my money back from these thieves.
