Recently ordered replacement lenses for existing glasses. The whole process was simple, cost £50 and took 4 days from expressing interest to receiving the glasses. Excellent service, won’t hesitate to use again and highly recommend them

I had a pair of Oakley straightwire sunglasses re glazed. To say that I am happy with the results is an understatement. The clarity of the lenses is fantastic and they fit perfectly in the frame. This has saved me some much needed money compared with what I might have paid. Staff and all communication with Lensology has been excellent. I would definitely recommend them and I have already sent them another older pair of Oakleys to be reglazed A+

Great service from Lensology. . Took my designer sunglasses to Specsavers. They wanted to sell me a whole new set of glasses and sunglasses rather than put new lenses in my sunglasses.
I contacted Lensology they sent out the pre paid box to send in my glasses. Got the quote which was £80 cheaper than Specsavers. The whole process took less than 1 week. If you have old frames that need new lenses. This is the way to go. So much cheaper than the high street opticians.

Found Lensology on line as I wanted to change the lens on frames I liked. Everything was very quick and easy. They sent a prepaid box for me to ship the glasses. I uploaded my new prescription to the website and chose the options that suited me for the replacement lens and posted the box back. The confirmed receipt. Gave me a very reasonable quote. I paid for the lens and the new glasses arrived within a couple of days. There was a follow up email to see if everything was as I ordered. They even provided a receipt which I could claim back from my healthcare plan
No hard sell. No bombardment of emails. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

I spent ALL Saturday calling every optician in my town looking for one able to make lenses for my rayban meta skyler glasses on the spot… Come Monday, I was STILL out of luck as the one place that said they can do it on Monday notified me they actually can’t…

Called Lensology around noon(!) on Monday, explained I’ll need specific lenses in London the very next day before 1pm… low rx but with cylinders, a blue light filter and all that…

Without promises other than really doing their best… they made it happen!

This really made my day - and saved my trip!

"Disappointed with Service and Pricing Transparency"

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the recent service I received. I purchased a package with the understanding that my reading glasses would be upgraded to include both reading and computer lenses. However, the lenses were only replaced with computer lenses, which is not what I requested.

When I raised this issue, I was told I would need to pay again to have the lenses corrected. The revised pricing was sent to me via email, but I noticed these charges were not listed transparently on your website. While I was willing to pay for the correct work to be done, the lack of upfront clarity left me feeling misled.

Unfortunately, this experience has affected my trust in your service, and I will not be using Lensology again.
