Excellent Service, wanted to have my sunglasses added with my prescription which no other opticians would do, because the glasses were either not bought through them or the shaped was irregular and they couldn’t do it, they are heart shaped lenses, luckily I managed to get it done with Lensology.

The quality is great, customer service was helpful throughout the process, will get my second pair soon.

I am so glad, I used Lensology. I sent two separate enquiries, not realising I could have just done one for 2 pairs! So I got a small box. I also got a reminder, which then prompted me to say I was expecting a second box: not a problem, I could sent everything together (got a new label instead).
I was then given a very reasonable quote. Again, I needed a small adjustment: I received a personal reply on the day. Less than 3 weeks later, I had my glasses in my hand! They were done to a very high standard, I’m sure the clear pair has a magical anti dust & fingerprint coat, because it’s the first time I don’t have to incessantly clean my glasses throughout the day.
The 3 week wait was due to my requesting custom premium options, not because there was a delay. This was outlined in my quote. The cost was very fair for the options I chose and I am very happy with the execution!

I have problems with my glasses trying to transfer my lenses from my old frames to my
New frames with other companies unable to get it done.
I found Lensology on Google and gave them a call and they told me to send them to them using their website.
It was very easy and I sent my frames to them and after a few days they contacted me and told me they can do it for £25 and I was amazed at how quick the turnaround was. I have told my family and friends about Lensology and I will be using them from now on for me the best service ever.

1. I am delighted at the job done by the team. I ordered non prescription replacement glasses for my sunglasses frame and they look brilliant.

2. I received the postage pack fairly fast despite living in Isle of Man and the repair and delivery was even faster

4. The whole process was very convenient. I received great customer service, specially the initial chat which made me choose this service.
There was a regular follow up on the delivery to collection package and then again delivery of the repaired item

5. The choice of lens for the sun glasses could have been made a bit easier. Visual representation of the colour of the lens would make it easier to chose the lens from the list

Overall I am very please with this fast, efficient, professional and value for money service

I will surely use it in future and will recommend it to my friends and family
