Second time I’ve used them - this time for my wife’s glasses. When they arrived, her glasses (varifocals) did not enable her to read computer screens at all well. The Lensology team immediately offered to redo the order but this time required a photo of my wife wearing the glasses - I think to check where her pupils were related to the lens. New specs arrived and are superb. Great service and well done for figuring out the problem!

I've previously purchased lenses for my RayBan Meta Glasses from Lensology using their Click & Fit service and was very happy. The lenses were superior to the High Street optician I usually go to, in terms of quality and clarity. I'm SSI, so was after a specific lens type with both Rx and tint, and I was not disappointed. This is the 3rd time I've used Lensology and this time I used their reglazing service. I had a couple of frames lying around that I wanted to repurpose as reading glasses. It was easy to request a prepaid package, and I ordered my lenses online to the exact spec i wanted. The prepaid package arrived within 2 days and I packed up my old frames and sent them to Lensology. I got an email 2 days later to sya they had received them; quickly followed by a payment link. The next day, I had the reglazed frames in my hand. I still dont know how they did this so quick! Firstly, the cost was over 50% cheaper than the High Street - I know this ebcuase I got an exact same quote. Secondly, the lenses are fantastic, and I got a free upgrade to a superior lens becuase I sent 2 pairs. The lenses are well fitted and not flimsy, as some cheaper ones tend to be. And my old frames have a new lease of life. Also, their customer support is awesome - I've sent several email enquiries and they are quick to respond. All in all, massive savings, no hassle, and a very happy customer (again)!
