"So I've now received my two pairs of…"

So I've now received my two pairs of reglazed frames back.
Pros: lenses fitted into the frames very well, prescription is spot on (very clear vision), kept informed all the way, process of sending off and receiving back frames is straight forward and works.
Con: it took 15 days from my frames arriving at their address, to them getting back to me. There was some unnecesary correspondence back and forth during this time clarifying what I wanted done, despite me specifying all this in writing with my frame submission.
