Fast service , affordable ! Paid £27 to reglaze and my optician quoted me a £100. Easy to post and very happy with overall experience.

Very happy with the end result - quite hard work getting there.

What isn’t great is that they send you a link to fill out a form detailing what lenses and lens treatments you require, you send your glasses in and they send back a quote but this quote doesn’t reflect or even take into account the details you’ve put on the form, and of course, is for significantly more expensive products. It’s fairly aggressive upselling and It took 24 hours to get an amended quote based on the requirements I’d already submitted. Bear this in mind when considering their advertised turnaround times.

Very pleased with the new lenses in my sunglasses. It's a well organised system they have for sending the glasses to them (they supply the packaging etc) price was very reasonable too.

Didn’t have to deal with waiting in a store and got exactly what I needed. The transition lenses will be perfect for my trip to Japan. I was worried but they snapped in perfectly like the video showed. If I had gone in they would have said to buy a new pair.
