"Really good value reglazing"

Really good value reglazing - has allowed me to have several pairs of glasses to choose from. Only criticism is that I chose the package I wanted and was sent an invoice for a “great value upgraded package” which cost more. I had to get back in touch and ask for it to be reduced to what I’d originally selected.

10/10. Information on the website is clear. The communication has been clear and quick and incredibly helpful. I haven’t been pushed to buy extras or order anything I don’t need or want.
I posted my glasses Monday morning and they’re already being processed so should have them back within a week which is amazing.

"Not satisfied with quality"

I have received the glasses today. I appreciate your prompt service and communication. However, I am not totally satisfied with the construction of the lenses. The long-distance topmost part of the lenses is fine, but the bifocal part of the lens at the bottom appears to be of lower quality than expected. And looks quite tacky and old fashioned. Resembling the spectacles my grandfather wore over 40 years ago.
With my normal glasses, the bifocal lens cannot be seen. In your lenses, the bifocal part looks more like a piece of glass that has been added on. Additionally, the bifocal part only goes to 66% of the lens, not as your pictures in your online app suggest, where it looks as though it is across the full lens. It also creates a blurred section within the field of vision, which is not what I anticipated based on the description.

The time it took to receive the glasses was quite good, and communication was fine.
The value was good; however, the quality of the lens construction does not meet my expectations.
The process was quite easy, but the quality of the glasses is not up to an acceptable standard. As is normally associated with Specsavers, Boots or Asda.
The frames were bought online from the Hugo collection.
To improve the service, it would be good to see pictures of the lenses that you supply, not animated pictures. My normal glasses do not have a line across them and are integrated within the lens. Were on your lenses the line can be seen clearly and causes a blurred part to the lens. And only covers two thirds of the lens.
Not very good quality for the bifocal part of the lens.
