"Dreadful after care "

Used lensology before and were great. On this occasion took two weeks to have varifocals delivered (longer than previously but fair enough). Had sent brand new frames, unworn , to have prescription lenses. Took them out box, well packaged, leg fell off glasses.
Customer service honestly painful. Send a photo, send more photos then telling me this damage happens over time 😦 with brand new frames!? One email reply a day absolutely dreadful ! Then telling me they weren’t broken when posted to me , same way they were not broken when sent for lenses pal! Agreed to repair but I have to pay return postage . Do you want box? Next day…,do you want returns label… you know what forget it I’ll seek to have them repaired myself . God only knows how long repair would take. Obstructive behaviour to refrain from doing anything 🤬 well done for nothing . Absolutely do not recommend.

Oscar, can I just reply to your total disregard to the fact my frames were BRAND NEW and reiterate as you continue to gaslight me with terms like ‘worn out’. How can new frames, never used be worn out? And this is not my first review ,as if you cared to look , if given yous a five star review before.
Reached out to me? Your customer service stalled, were obstructive and continued to say it was wear that caused damage on return and nothing to do with you.
I’ll take my new frames and get them repaired myself buddy as don’t trust your word and again continue to use untrue terminology to belittle me and deflect from truth that your company damaged my goods and refuse to accept responsibility. Customer service attitude is dishonest and rude .

Thank you for your discourteous reply Oscar. Again narcissistic in your response. My frames were delivered back to me on Thursday afternoon and I opened package on Friday morning to find them damaged , leg fell off when taking them out box. As you boast , how thorough your technicians are I’m sure they would have noticed your claim my new frames were ‘defective’ .
I decline your offer of repair . The tone and attitude of your responses are on public forum and hopefully be warning to other customers what to expect.

I met Louise, who was extremely helpful and gave me plenty of advice. I just wish I had known how many brands they had in their showroom earlier. It was a really good experience, efficient and informative. I will definitely be back…with the rest of my family!

I was skeptical of the ads but had an old pair of glasses and a new prescription so thought a spare pair would be very useful. Quick efficient service, very good quality lenses at a low price. They do send a lot of extra marketing emails but easy to delete.

I recently got a new pair of glasses, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received. The company did an excellent job fitting my prescription into the new frames, and the process was incredibly quick. From start to finish, everything was smooth and efficient. The staff were friendly and professional, making sure everything was just right. I’m really happy with both the frames and the fit, and the prescription is perfect. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend them to others!
