Very quick reply offering same at the same price. With fast track, specs returned in less than a week after accepting quote. Having been recommended lensology by a friend I decided to trust them with my favourite pair of glasses.

I needed a new pair as my prescription had changed, but didn’t want to throw them out. I wear varifocals and so was unsure they would get them right, but they did.

Service, price, experience, quality have all been 5 star from start to finish. Not only did they replace the lenses, they also tightened the arms. That small touch just added to the experience. Timeline was also spot on and I got them back within a week of accepting the quote.

Would definitely use them again and absolutely would recommend them.

Excellent service. Admit I was hesitant at first, it being online etc., but pleased I went through with it. Sent and received the reglazed glasses in under 5 days. The quote they sent came with a detailed explanation. When I asked for a quote for thinner lenses they replied on the same day - shout out to Andrea who dealt with my queries. The lenses are high quality and way cheaper than Highstreet.

"Shocking customer service "

I was a loyal customer of lensology and had used them quite a bit previously (I like to change my glasses quite a bit). Just before Xmas ‘24 I ordered some D&G glasses from another site and then requested the pack to get my prescription added. Unfortunately the glasses never got there. It looks like the parcel had been opened in the post process and removed. They initially were very helpful but then when I asked if I could get a refund I was accused of sending an empty package. Not just once but multiple times. They only cared about getting me to spend more money when I was already out of pocket for the missing lenses. Avoid. Avoid, avoid!

Just received my Gucci glasses back. New prescription lens fitted as I wasn’t using them much. The communication was brilliant seemed every time they did something they kept you informed. The price was lower than expected and the most important they work!
