I received my glasses for the top-tier (ULTIMA) lenses is so much better than my old one, and easier on my eyes too. The service I received was first class. The lenses came back beautifully. The price I paid was half the price I paid in a high street optician. Also, I had to wait 4 weeks for my glasses in the high street opticians. It was unacceptable. I was kept informed all the way about my lenses. They arrived on time and well packaged. Great company. Communication is personal. I needed to give a little more information before my order could proceed and the acknowledgement of that was instant. Order went through quickly. Glasses are exactly how I wanted them and what was promised. Turn around was quick. This is my second order and I can’t see me returning to my optician for anything other than an eye test going forward. I am absolutely delighted with my glasses. I am not a fashion person and for me glasses are a functional item. As long as they serve their purpose it doesn't really matter what they look like, as long as they are not too ridiculous, but I did have a frame which I have had for several years and which I liked. After a recent eye test and a change in prescription the optician said that they could not put the lenses into my frame and I would have to buy a new frame, which I was not prepared to do. After sending my prescription and old glasses to Lensology the lenses were replaced within two weeks. It did involve some back and forth emails regarding measurements and pupil distance, etc. but that was fine. Would I recommend Lensology? Without question!! My impression was that they are a genuinely friendly, helpful, professional and, most of all, caring company.
