Very pleased with new lenses, great quality & saved a lot of money - excellent.
Would give 5 stars, but the website was not clear about turnaround times when ordering multiple types of lenses (Ultimate single & Occupational in my case).
The staff gave me their best guess as to when the glasses would be returned as soon as I contacted them. Pro-tip: when sending multiple pairs, order (& send) different types of lenses separately, or you'll wait until the most complex lenses are complete before getting your glasses back.
Will definitely use again.

Extremely quick and useful service - a lifesaver as I have wanted Gentle Monster glasses (a Korean brand) for years but they didn’t offer prescription online in the UK.

The process was very simple; just fill out a form beforehand or when you send off your frames, they give you a quote, you pay and they reglaze your frames!

The quote I received for the top-tier (ULTIMA) lenses was much cheaper than I expected it to be at around £50, and the turnaround time was speedy too! My glasses came back in the exact same condition they were sent in, which was a relief considering how expensive they were and how apprehensive I was to send my frames via post.

No big complaints as far as I can tell - if I need to get lenses put into frames again I am very likely to come back to this company!

I have used this company twice now and they're just amazing. Everything is so simple and straightforward. Customer service excellent. Huge fan of now buying designer glasses from Vinted (eg Raybans) and getting them sent here for the lenses fitted for a fraction of the opticians prices. I also like having multiple pairs around the house because I lose them constantly so less time looking for one single pair! Highly rate them.
