I have today received and tried out my new transitions glasses.
I sent a pair of NewTom Ford TF5892, the lenses are fantastic, dark in the sun and very clear indoors quite fast too.
Request an envelope.
I would recommend having an up-to-date prescription and also PD distance.
This is the third pair I have from this company, waiting to send another

Their customer service has come back and clarified a number of details to which I thank Oscar for taking the time to provide such a detailed response, going above and beyond to respond.

The reason for the 3 stars is that ultimately i did receive the right lenses, they were sent out quickly, and all communication from staff was very good and quick. The glasses lenses match my prescription perfectly, and the choice of lenses was very clear, however I did have to have my order changed twice as wasn't what I put on the physical form I filled out with the glasses as well as the online form, which is disappointing.



The website was clear with the process, but that the invoice portal was slightly confusing and unclear on which applied lens to what one and the random £0 costs added was initially confusing to work out.
On the invoice it said "As per my previous email I have made lens recommendations based on what I know will look and perform the best once glazed into your frame" which I didn't receive and email about this, and so it feels like it's a copy and paste, which if so it would be nice if I was actually communicated with if they are going to say that.
I also didn't understand why they asked for a physical form to be filled out and a digital form all for it to then be ignored or queried by the optician instead trying to upsell the lenses.
I know the forms were actually looked at as the blue filter was applied to the correct glasses but it just feels like they were hoping that I didn't look properly or get confused enough by the £0 costs added to it and end up with a more expensive lens in place.
