I love my ring. I purchased the Droplet ring. I wear it all the time. It has not tarnished, or turned my finger green. The stones are still as pretty as the day I received it. My fingers are short so their jewelry is perfect for my hands. I so would recommend any purchase from blush and bar. There are so many things on my list .

"worth it!"

So at first I had a hard time with Blush and Bar. I ordered a beautiful pair of earrings for my mom but after almost a month and the earrings not being here yet, I panicked. I wanted them for Christmas and they hadn’t arrived. Blush and Bar got back to me, apologized, and sent me another pair of earrings just so I would have something to give her. On top of that, they gave me a gift certificate to let me know that they valued my service! I used that certificate to buy a dainty ring that I’m absolutely in love with! In the end, they’re a really good company to buy great jewelry from. I will definitely be giving them more of my business in the near future! Be patient people! The wait is worth it! I did eventually get my original order and my mom was thrilled to get a second Christmas gift!

I iI originally bought the Maddison ring and I was not satisfied with it and the ring became damaged within 48 hours or getting it. Blush bar was AMAZING with getting me a replacement. I got the Rebecca Rope ring and I am extremely please with it! Customer service is great! They strive to please!

"Do NOT purchase from here"

My husband saw that I was looking at blush and bar jewelry on my Facebook feed and decided to purchase eight items from them for Christmas. They guaranteed that the items would arrive by Christmas so he moved forward with the purchase.
Very soon after, he realized that the items were shipping from China and would not arrive by Christmas as promised. He reached out to customer service several times with no
response. He then chose to comment on an Instagram photo of theirs to try and get a response but they deleted the comment. Apparently they only allow positive feedback on their social media accounts. At this point he let me know that the Christmas presents would not be arriving in time and he did not know what to do since he could not get a response. We are considering lodging a complaint with the attorney general. I messaged blush and bar one evening stating that I was unhappy with the customer service that they provided to him and would be publically posting about it on social media. This of course got a response but they said “we contacted your husband and are waiting on his response” in reply which led me to believe that maybe he had overlooked a communication. What actually happened was that they responded to him 30 minutes after I contacted them!!! Shady!! They offered him a refund for items that were STILL oversees but not for items that were shipped from an in-state facility even though they have not arrived by the Christmas deadline. After contacting them again, I requested that all items be refunded and I will gladly ship back the one ring that arrived. It’s now a symbol of the complete disrespect this company shown my husband and myself. In return to my request, I was told that I should contact THEM after the items that have been lost in ‘who knows where’ transit arrive to arrange shipment back and a refund. Merry Christmas to me. Do yourself a favor, buy elsewhere. Try Etsy. They’re wonderful.

Update #1: current ‘in-state’ rings are apparently lost with the carrier. The company likes to refer in messaging to how “stressed” I am, apparently because I’m concerned.

Update #2: They offered a partial refund for “four out of seven items” we purchased as they stated and sent me the math for how they determined that refund. I refused that the refund was enough as they seemingly forgot the most expensive item, a necklace, which was item eight. We have also only received one item, a ring. They have finally agreed to refund my purchase. The refund is confirmed in my account.

Also on 12/20, partial tracking information was provided, some of which still do not reflect any information about a package.

B&B features unique styles that are definitely more delicate than other options out there. The quality is good for the price, though I was disappointed to find that one of the gems in my new ring had already fallen out after wearing it once.
