"Bad experience from the beginning"

I used this company for the first time about 2 months ago. I didn't receive the package until a full month had passed because it came from China. During this time it could not be tracked. Once I finally received it, the ring was true to what was advertised but the stone fell out after a week. I tried to leave a review on the website but it was never posted. Very misleading and I would not buy from this company again.

"Cheap Rings"

I ordered 3 rings from the promotion they were having. 3 different styles and colors. I used their guides to measure my finger size and went with their guidelines even though I knew my ring size was bigger. The rings came in a short few days but did not fit and were not as I saw in the pictures. The rings were cheap looking and felt very cheap almost like costume jewelry. NOT worth the 100+ spent. They make you pay for the shipping to return them, which I did. That was sent on 11/10 and delivered on 11/13 (according to my tracking slip) and I still have not received a refund and they have not been able to "Find" my package. I recommend you do not buy from here.

I purchased the sterling simple dots fire opal ring and wear it all the time. It's small and delicate and great for stacking. I've asked for more rings for Christmas...love to wear them.

Absolutely love my rings! I got the Joyce, the Kathleen, and the Garen. Very beautiful, delicate, sparkly, well made. Just as pretty in person as online, if not more so! I've been really impressed with their customer service as well. I would definitely recommend them, and will buy again!

I have been waiting on an order since Oct 24, after chatting several times online with Emily, I have finally told her to refund my credit card which she agreed to do today. Never received email updates on the order but they keep sending emails regarding other products for sell. I will never do this again.
